William Smith has only one scene in this episode but it's an especially creepy one. Cyliss Quint contacts Walker from a prison mental ward because he wants to "confess" to him. Quint is in isolation because so many people want to kill him. A staff member tells Walker that "this guy's half over the edge now, but he was the baddest of the bad in his day." He killed a man with his bare hands at Huntsville Prison but has now found God and wants to repent. He seeks forgiveness from those he's wronged. Walker recognizes the name as one of the young men who killed his parents decades ago. He's cautioned before he goes in alone. "He's as unpredictable as a cobra and three times as crazy."

Quint stopped Max Slater from killing Walker. However, Walker's eyes as they looked after they killed his parents have continued to haunt him. The news he has for Walker is that Slater isn't dead as Walker has believed for a long time. Slater set up a scenario using his own brother's body to make the law think he was dead.
The rest of the episode shows Walker tracking down and bringing to justice, the man who killed his parents.NiteOwl Review: There are a number of martial arts fans in our video group so Walker is a show many of us watch anyway. The way Bill played Quint, he certainly matched the description given of him above. He was about as creepy as he could be without turning the show into a horror movie. We heard that the crew actually burst into applause when the scene was finished.
