SYNOPSIS

During the Civil War, the Union hid stores of gold bars in isolated little towns for safekeeping.  Confederate General Abraham Wollack uncovered this “iron-clad secret” and is systematically wiping out small towns in his search for the gold.  The governor sends the Wildside Chamber of Commerce to stop him.  And of course they do.

Guest star JACK STARRETT took on occasional acting roles but was mainly known as a director in series such as Hill Street Blues, Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky & Hutch, etc. and of a number of low budget movies.  He directed William Smith in biker classics Run, Angel, Run and The Losers [Nam’s Angels] and in Hollywood Man, a movie about making a biker movie.
