Terry Funk is one of professional wrestling’s “Living Legends”.  He brought more in the way of wrestling skills & personality than acting talents to the undemanding role of Wildside's gentle, not-too-bright, veterinarian and strongman Prometheus Jones.   His “super power” as part of the Wildside Five was fancy roping, sometimes getting two bad guys simultaneously with separate ropes.  He also managed to crack a skull or two with his head and even added flying drop kicks borrowed from his wrestling days.  His strength came in handy when heavy objects needed to be moved.  When more firepower was needed, he sometimes wielded a shotgun.

Terry Funk’s acting credit’s list isn’t lengthy.  He had a nice role as the bouncer fired by Patrick Swayze in “Roadhouse” and a few other minor movie credits
