In trouble with the Captain for fighting in Fatty Brown’s saloon, the Rangers are assigned to escort Jerky Collins’ wagon of smelly buffalo hides. They’re joined by Marianne, an old lover of Chad’s who's leaving her husband Louis, two saloon girls fired by Fatty Brown, Fatty Brown’s piano & unbeknownst to everyone, a load of rifles hidden in the hides by Louis, who sold them to renegade Broken Horn. The trip is a party (for everyone but Chad who’s stuck with the garrulous Marianne) until the Indians attack to get the rifles. The three Rangers boldly charge the Indians so the women can get away. Joe is able to make a spectacular long-distance shot which kills Broken Horn, scattering the rest.

NiteOwl Review: Another top ten favorite which played on the strengths of each of the four stars. "High end" capable Joe, braggart Reese, Chad in trouble with women, the Captain keeping them in line.
